MG Music School is a friendly, inviting studio which strives to develop each student into an independent musician. Our focus is on performance, and so concerts, music festivals and exams play a large part in each students musical discovery.

Students as young as 4 years old are trained in the classical repertoire, which gives a solid foundation in technique, interpretation and musicality. We believe a wholistic, creative approach develops well-rounded musicians – reading, writing and performing being the basis of understanding any language. Music is, after all, the most beautiful, and most complex, of all languages!

I have been taking my boys for Piano lessons to Melissa @MG Music School for the last 7years and they love her. She's brilliant, kind and patient with all her students but also makes sure she drives the passion for music through to them. Recently I've enrolled my 5year old daughter on the online platform and Melissa has been just excellent with her. In less than 2 terms, my 5year old is learning to read music.
